適時喝水

As advised by a cardiac specialist: drinking water at the right time!

心臟專家忠告:應該在適當的時候喝水!

  • 2 glasses of water after waking up – helps activate internal organs;  醒後喝兩杯水,喚醒內部器官;
  • 1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal – helps digestion; 
  • 飯前半小時喝一杯水可以幫助消化;
  • 1 glass of water before taking  a bath – helps lower blood pressure; 
  • 洗澡前喝一杯水可降低血壓;
  • 1 glass of water before going to bed – avoids  stroke or heart attack. 
  • 睡前喝一杯水預防中風或心臟病突發。

      是有此說,而且我怕半夜要起來小便,所以以前我一般盡量不喝茶或水。現在我睡前喝半杯水,早晨起來沒有明顯眼腫的問題。
